Recruiter Co-Pilot

Built at Sthaan.ai for Quess Corp: a dashboard that gives recruiters one place to manage candidate lists, view profiles, run bulk actions, and keep conversation history — instead of juggling spreadsheets and scattered message threads.

What it does

• Candidate list management with filtering, so a recruiter can slice a large pool down to the people worth contacting
• Full candidate profiles and conversation history in one view
• Bulk add/remove operations, because recruiters act on dozens of candidates at a time, not one
• Messaging workflows wired into the same interface

How it's built

A modular API service layer sits between the UI and the backend, exposing candidate filtering, bulk operations, and messaging as clean, reusable calls. The interface itself is React + TypeScript, styled with Tailwind and shadcn/ui for a responsive, consistent component set.

Keeping the service layer modular meant the bulk-action and messaging features could be built and tested independently of the list/profile views — the UI composes capabilities rather than re-implementing API logic in every component.
